1. Membership Coverage:
Prestige Protected™ provides air purification and HVAC disinfection services through UV-C light installation and system sanitization. The membership applies to one (1) HVAC unit unless otherwise stated.

2. Service Tiers:
Each membership tier (Core, Premium, Elite) includes a defined set of services. Only the services explicitly listed in your selected plan are included.

3. Lifetime Warranty:
Lifetime warranty on the installed UV-C light is valid as long as the membership remains active and in good standing. Missed payments or cancellations void all warranties and service obligations.

4. Annual Renewal:
Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. A renewal notice will be sent before the expiration date. Failure to renew on time will terminate your coverage.

5. Service Appointments:
All services require scheduled appointments. Access to the HVAC unit must be granted. If the technician is unable to access the system during the scheduled time, additional fees may apply.

6. Limitations:
Prestige Protected™ is not responsible for pre-existing mold, HVAC malfunctions, or any system damage unrelated to the installed equipment or service performed.

7. Refunds & Cancellations:
No refunds are issued after service has been rendered or equipment installed. You may cancel your membership with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

8. Legal Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wake County courts.
